Namaste Sweet Fruita Yogis ❤️
This coming weekend, February 22-23, the studio will be closed to host the 6th of 7 weekends of our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
It is a hard decision to close the studio over the weekend but we are committed to this training and to fostering the development of OM-azaing yoga teaches at @thriveyoga.fruita
The schedule for this weekend is:
Friday:
*6am Gentle Yoga with @body_positive_yoga Becky Tomps *9am Vinyasa with @kaseymclark *10:30am Fundamentals with @sarahbellyoga **4:30pm Yin is cancelled **6:30pm Restorative is cancelled
All classes are cancelled on Saturday and Sunday.
Monday:
*Regular class schedule will resume! If you are interested in learning more about the @yogaworks_teachertraining please contact us. We are offering an immersion-style teacher training at our studio in Crested Butte (@thriveyoga.crestedbutte) April 20-May 15 and we would love to have you join us! #thrivetribe

Today we gathered to do 108 Sun Salutations in celebration of the Winter Solstice; the moment in a year where we all begin to naturally move from darkness into light. It felt like a divine retreat into an inner wilderness. It was and is devotion, dedication, seva, space, reflection, rooting, heart-opening, nourishment, shedding, intention and our favorite; common unity —it felt like community. .

Fruita! Meet @kaseymclark ! She is new to town and new to @thriveyoga.fruita but she’s no stranger... she’s more like a long-lost sister, living a parallel life in Hawaii, Moab and most recently Breckinridge. Kasey is an avid yogi, former professional cyclist, endurance coach and athlete mentor! We feel so lucky that Kasey is joining the #thrivetribe and you can now find her teaching on our weekly schedule. .
