Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a form of guided meditation that enables us to deeply relax, to resolve past emotional scars and to free ourselves from samskaras (ingrained patterns). A highly powerful mediation style, Yoga Nidra can often be a more accessible way to deeply meditate than silent, self-guided methods. It can also be used to plant heart-felt intentions, or sankalpas, enabling us to manifest our truest desires. You will immerse yourself in multiple Yoga Nidra practices as well as learn how to craft and lead a Yoga Nidra meditation. This class is great for building your own practice and/or sharing it with others
